This toner has a skin-friendly pH of 5.5, and is essential-oil free and alcohol-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin. It also contains skin-soothing panthenol (also known as vitamin B5), and hyaluronic acid which helps hydrate the skin. Suitable for all skin types. This toner is a watery, clear and lightweight, sinks in quickly and doesn’t leave any stickiness or tackiness on your skin.
